This policy explains how PagezTech Ventures, the operator of Boafo AI, handles personal information.

PagezTech Ventures provides Boafo AI, a business workspace for customer conversations, products, orders and AI assisted operations. This policy applies to our public website, account services and application.
Businesses using Boafo AI decide how they communicate with their customers and are responsible for having an appropriate basis to process customer information. We process that information to provide the service to each business.
2. Information we collect
Account and workspace information
We collect names, business names, email addresses, authentication records, roles, permissions and workspace settings.
Customer conversation and business information
When a business connects WhatsApp, we may process customer phone numbers, message content, message identifiers, conversation status, products, orders and related business records.
Technical and security information
We collect limited device, browser, session, request, security and diagnostic information needed to operate and protect the service.
Support information
We collect the information a person chooses to include when contacting support.
3. How we use information
We use information to:
- Provide and maintain Boafo AI
- Authenticate users and enforce workspace permissions
- Receive, organise and respond to business communications
- Support product recommendations and order workflows
- Generate AI assisted drafts and business insights
- Detect abuse, investigate incidents and protect accounts
- Provide support and communicate service changes
- Meet legal and regulatory obligations
We do not sell personal information.
4. AI processing
Boafo AI may send relevant conversation context and business knowledge to configured AI service providers to prepare responses or insights. We limit the information to what is needed for the requested function and apply access controls around these workflows. Important business decisions remain under human control.
6. Retention and deletion
We keep information while an account is active and for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal duties, resolve disputes and protect security. Retention periods depend on the record and purpose.
Workspace owners may request account and personal data deletion through our Data Deletion page. Some information may remain in restricted backups for a limited period or be retained when the law requires it.
7. Security
We use safeguards including encrypted credentials, secure sessions, role based access, tenant isolation, verified provider requests, audit records and controlled production access. No online service can guarantee absolute security, so we continually review and improve our controls.
8. Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, export, restrict or delete personal information, or object to certain processing. You may also withdraw consent where consent is the applicable basis.
Customers of a business using Boafo AI should first contact that business. Account holders and website visitors may contact us directly using the address below.
9. Children
Boafo AI is a business service and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly create accounts for children.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service or legal requirements change. We will publish the updated date and provide additional notice when a change materially affects how information is handled.
