Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By creating an account, accessing or using Boafo AI, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Boafo AI for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to accept these terms for that organisation.

2. The service

Boafo AI provides tools for business messaging, customer records, products, orders, team workflows and AI assisted operations. Features may change as we improve the service or respond to provider and legal requirements.

3. Accounts and responsibilities

You must provide accurate information, protect account credentials, maintain suitable access controls and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised access. You are responsible for activity performed through your workspace and for the actions of users you invite.

You must ensure that your use of customer information, WhatsApp and connected services follows applicable laws, provider terms and customer permissions.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use Boafo AI to:

• Break the law or violate the rights of another person
• Send spam, fraud, harassment or deceptive communications
• Distribute malware or attempt to gain unauthorised access
• Interfere with service availability, security or other customers
• Reverse engineer or misuse protected parts of the service except where law permits
• Use the service for prohibited regulated, political or harmful activities

We may investigate suspected abuse and limit access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the service or the public.

5. Connected services

Boafo AI can connect with services such as Meta and WhatsApp. Your use of those services remains subject to their terms and policies. Their availability, approval decisions and technical changes are outside our control.

6. AI assistance and human review

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing important responses, prices, policies, commitments and decisions before relying on them. Boafo AI is designed to support human judgement, not replace professional, legal, medical or financial advice.

7. Your content

You retain rights in content you provide. You grant us the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit and protect that content for the service. You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide it.

8. Our intellectual property

Boafo AI, its software, design, brand and original materials belong to PagezTech Ventures or its licensors. These terms provide a limited right to use the service and do not transfer ownership.

9. Plans, fees and cancellation

Paid features, limits and billing terms will be shown before purchase. You are responsible for applicable charges and taxes. You may cancel a subscription according to the plan terms presented at purchase. Provider messaging charges may apply separately.

10. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated violations, security risk, nonpayment, legal requirements or conduct that threatens the service. Where reasonable, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

11. Service availability and liability

We work to provide a reliable and secure service, but the service is provided on an available basis and may sometimes be interrupted. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by third party services.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

12. Changes

We may update these terms to reflect service, provider or legal changes. Material changes will be communicated reasonably. Continued use after an updated effective date means you accept the revised terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Ghana, without limiting any consumer rights that apply under another mandatory law.
